Reflection on Class Presentation
Over the past weeks I've come to realize how much me and my team have improved when it came to communicating and making it very clear what each group member had to do, not only that but our presentation is one of the best i've ever seen, and the professor also used our agenda and brochure as examples. Not only us but I saw how each other group came together, making their project visually, and making it very easy for the viewer to understand what's going on. They turned it into something easy to relate and to be very engaging. What's really been the most noticable is the change in my peers confidence compared to the beginning of the semester, it showed the boost in confidence, their ability to research the topics and make the slides and visually organized and professional as possible.
Group 4 Education and Economic Growth:
Group 4 talked about the Education and Economic Growth really impacting the spectator. Their presentation helped put into perspective how improving schools doesnt just help certain people, but it helps create opportunities and it creates a strong workforce, this helps to shape the economy and society as a whole because they are prepared for what is to come next. They went into the topic of issues such as, tuition, student debt, and other unethical inequalties that some students face, by doing this it helps shape what many students in our society have to go through to be allowed to study. It made a strong connection with the viewer because some of us are familiarized by some of these events that are currently happening helping us feel heard. This goes to show that there is still a lot of work to do in our society as a whole, so that other people can get the same opportunities, but it also goes to show the privilege that we of being able to learn everyday and help us suceed in the near future.
Group 3 Immigration and Economy:
My group partook in Immigration and Economy and to say the least, we did worked really well together and did a really good job when it came do
wn to doing our parts. We tried to go away from the political side of immigration, and tried to put into persepective what values they brought through the country, we stated how they help with agriculture, labor, healthcare, and technology all of these attributes help the country progress at a rapid pace. Many people in our community can agree that immigration is a big part of society now a days and without those hard working people there wouldnt be much progress in this economy, we didn't just present political side we tried to represent our people showing the values that immigrants bring. I really enjoyed working with my group because we all communicated very well and everything went very smooth.
Group 2 Healthcare and Family Well-Being:
Group 2 present about the healthcare access in the United States, and why it's very important that families are provided with healthcare. They put into persepective the troubles that many families have to go through and how it can lead to emotional and financial strains. Proving to us why it's important that families are provided with healthcare, and ways to resolve these issues to help our country. The interview was the most fascinating part of this presentation because the student had a Cardio Vascular nurse share their stories, and how many of their patients got better because their family members were there to support them in such crucial times, and how they enjoyed helping their patients recover day by day. This story felt special to me because my father has had surgeries and me and my family were always there to help him when he needed us and to help him recover quicker. This group did an amazing job in convining data and statistic, but also personal stories from other people showing us the effects that healthcare and the families well-being has on people.
Group 1 Enviroment's Role in Health:
The final group who presented was group 1 and they talked about Enviroment'r Role in Health. Their visual presentation was very neat and beautiful, using green tones and nature images to help support their presentation. They focused on the essential things of life for example, clean air, safe water, and a healthy environment is essential to keep one's body healthy as it is medical treatment. They also focused on the problems that our society is facing like air pollution and lack of green space which can affect an individual not only mentally but physically. Group 1 did not only raise concerns about the problems that we are facing, but they also stated different methods that can help our communites stay clean and healthy for the better of the people. Their message focused on the importance of basic every day needs, to keep our minds and body safe from anything bad, and by doing so they showed ways to helping the environment so that we can all feel protected.
Final Thoughts:
Every presentation talked about different topics this being from Enviroment's Role in Health all the way to Education and Economic Growth. All of these topics served us as a way to look our society in a different way, helping us realized the privilige that we have everyday to be able to go out and learn, get opportunites, and to have a healthy and strong body and mind. Each group did a fantastic job in not only verbaly letting us know these information, but visually and statistically, giving the students a strong connection to each of their topics in their own way. We also improved our talking presenting, and informing abilites by being given the opportunity to present our projects. We all showed creativity and effort in our own ways allowing us to reflect the projects in different ways so that we all better understand. These projects have helped me understand how to communicate with my peers better, and it has shown what leadership looks like when it's your time to do so. We all are learning great skills and by doing so we enjoy coming in and working with our peers.

Good reflection!
