My group #3
While we were preparing for this group presentation there seem to be a lot of discomfort specially with me because I honestly do not like presenting to other people and interacting with others, but as time went on our group started getting used to each other and now we have good communication skills and know what to do for the presentation. Specially since Iliana is a great leader to our group helping us with what we need to do, and she isn’t shy to voice her opinion on what we can do better within our group. I will say this was a learning experience because at the beginning of our presentation I was trying to screen share and I had some technical difficulties but me and my group talked it over and we’re goin to rotate who gets to screen share next time. It truly was fun working on this presentation because it helped step out of my comfort zone and was able to learn different skills thanks to the chapter I was placed to do.My favorite presentation
One of the presentations that stood out to me the most was Amanda’s presentation and her explanation of ethos, pathos, and logos and the 5 arts these being invention, arrangement, style, memory, and delivery. The information that she provided helped me understand the basics of what it takes to deliver a good presentation, and how those skills help you interact with others. The way she spoke was professional and confident, she wasn’t trying to rely too much on the slides after she was done reading she gave great examples of what she needed to talk about without much trouble. The visuals also gave a good representation on to what was being said so if something was not understood just looking at the pictures that were put in the presentation gave me a good idea of what was being said about the chapter. All and all I now have a better understanding on how to communicate with others and the techniques I need to use to apply it to the real world, truly was an effective and well prepared presentation made by Amanda.
ConclusionOverall, I enjoyed watching these presentations because they taught me valuable lessons not only to understand the material, but to apply it to my next presentation. Some of the chapters that were presented you could tell that there was a lot of creativity and enthusiasm when making the slides, and how great they worked together as a team to bring everything together. At the same time, I saw examples of what to avoid when presenting, specifically from what I worked on with my slides, but now I have more experience and knowledge for next time. I appreciate that the professor asked us to make the slides minimal enough that words don’t over lap the bigger picture of what was being presented, asking us to put in videos and pictures of what our chapter represented so that the audience would have a visual of what is going on within the slides. It also served us with experience that we actually knew the content that we were explaining because we didn’t have to rely on the slides to help us read off of them, in doing so it became second nature what we read within the chapters to be able to explain to the people watching as if we had been studying the information for quite a while. This helped understand that not everything should be read off a script, but to actually interact with others and being creative is what sets us apart from the rest because not only will this experience be transferred onto the next presentation, it will also help us with our future careers, specially with mine because I have to interact with people everyday and not make them feel bored when doing so. I would love to do another assignment like this again because it will allow me to obtain more knowledge on my strengths and weaknesses and how I will work around them to bring out my full potential. Not only that I got to learn from my fellow peers about how to establish a good presentation to keep others entertained when doing so.

This was nicely written but you didn't cover all of the presentations and it left you short on words. Not 1000 words.
